Clearing open Pores

A quick and very effective way to make yourself more beautiful is to clear the open pores of the face. It is not easy for a woman to maintain her beauty, there are so many things that have to be done. Keeping your body fit, making sure that smile says bright white and of course the most important, having good skin. There are too many skin maintenance routines and one such routine is clearing the open skin pores of the face.

Open skin pores definitely do not add to your beauty, especially the ones on your face which are usually larger than anywhere else on your body. These open pores make your face look older than it is, and they accumulate dirt and end up clogged. These clogged pores then lead to even further problems such as blackheads (small skin bumps that have a darker shade than your skin), acne and pimples.

Causes of open face pores

Excess sunlight: Exposing your skin to the sun without protection like a sunscreen damages skin collagen (The most abundant protein in the body and what gives your skin structure) and reduces the elasticity of the skin thereby making your skin stretch to an expanding pore.
Genetics: This is something you can’t do anything about, some people are just born with weaker and less elastic skin.

Ageing: As you grow older your skin loses elastin and collagen and then begins to stretch, which leads to enlargement of the skin pores.

Excessive sebum production: When the sebaceous glands (the glands that secrete oil) in the skin excrete too much sebum (skin oil), the pores become clogged.

Hygiene: Not washing your face regularly leads to accumulation of dirt in the pores which clog them.

Makeup: Using too much makeup blocks the skin from breathing thereby creating clogged pores.
